Hi. This is my first blog, but, presumably, in years to come, I will wonder how I ever lived without it.

Good luck with this new endeavour. If you find time to blog on top of all the other work you do, then congratulations! I just happened to drop by the SiE site, as I shall soon be teaching with it on the IAT SOC project. Ive done hardly any teaching for five years, so going back into the classroom is a little daunting. Im hoping that SiE will make the job easier… I hope the ETp conference goes well. Your topic is one that Ive been involved in for several years, so Im sorry I cant be there to hear your take on it.

Hello Terry,
I do harbor a lot of respect to your person. And I seize the opportunity to thank you personally for your book (UAE English book). I enjoy teaching with this book and so do most of my students of grade 10. I really think people like you are a pride to a whole generation. I’m really speechless, my students of grade 10 are no longer memorizing paragraphs as they used to do before. They are able to write on their own.
Thank you again.

Dear Faiza
Thank you for you incredible comments. The key to all of this is, of course, learning not teaching. So your final statement is music to our ears!
